This updated constitution aligns with Auckland Council’s BID Targeted Rate Grant Agreement 2022-2025.\nAttached is the Draft Constitution 2023. \nThe Draft Constitution and Agenda can also be found on our website https://fringedistrict.fc9.sandbox.net.nz/connect/ \nThe BID Grant Agreement can also be found on our website https://fringedistrict.fc9.sandbox.net.nz/connect/ \n  \nWHY HOLD AN SGM? \nWe are holding a Special General Meeting on 30th May 945am to present an updated draft constitution to ensure we are compliant with the BID Policy with Auckland Council. \nAttached is the new BID Grant Agreement. \nThis is a 3 year agreement for the period 1 July 2022 – 30 June 2025\, defines the BID targeted rate grant funding relationship between us (The Fringe District (Kingsland Business Society Int. & Auckland Council))\, under the Business Improvement District programme & BID Policy. The agreement sets out the conditions of the BID targeted Rate Grant Funding. \n
