What inspired you to start the business?
Five years ago, we thought that Kingsland needed a community, family-focused all-day restaurant with good quality products at a good price.

 

What makes your business unique?
Probably our family-friendly atmosphere.

 

What has been your greatest challenge?
Surviving COVID.

 

What has been your greatest achievement?
When we see Kingsland Social full of all different types of people enjoying reading books, playing board games, and spending time with family, friends, and kids.

 

What keeps you motivated?
We always want to create a better service/restaurant for our customers.

 

What are your personal strengths?
Cooking.

 

Why did you choose to locate in The Fringe District?
We love the creative aspect of Kingsland.

 

What are our neighbourhood’s strengths?
Great hospitality, businesses, and environment.

We have opened this business as if it was our home. We love seeing all our regulars and new people coming and enjoying their time. Kingsland Social is our home as a family of five. Everyone knows us and our kids, and we love growing around Kingsland.
